Cancellation by the client:
If the lessons or activities are maintained by the 360 ski schools the client cannot demand full reimbursement of the reservation.
Cancellation by the provider:
The 360 ski schools fully reimburse reservations and services that did not take place due to extraordinary circumstances (ski area closure, confinement, etc.) They can also propose new slots or new dates corresponding to your availability.
If a customer contracts the COVID – 19 Coronavirus during his stay, the “personal assistance” guarantees associated with bank cards, insurance contracts linked to the ski lift pass or multi-risk privacy contracts can be activated.
